-Processing time: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

-Delivery: Our orders are shipped from Puerto Rico and usually take 5 to 7 business days to arrive. Once your order has been shipped, please be aware that delivery delays may occur and Turquoise by M is not responsible for delivery delays.
